Sandra is responsible for the running of The Balance Group. She overseas everything from finance, HR, and reception. Most clients will know her as she often seen front of house, where she makes sure that everyone coming in is well looked after.
Prior to founding The Balance Group with Toni-Lynne Monger in 2018, Sandra lived in Asia for 14 years, working mainly for International SOS, her last 5 years as the Southern China representative, based in Shenzhen. Her strong focus on client care and background as a nurse in a previous incarnation makes her the ideal business partner for Toni.
