Why is strength training such a buzz word especially in our menopausal years? Why do muscles matter? We will spend an evening explaining the role of muscles and how they assist in glucose control and insulin sensitivity. We will also explore types of exercises and which are best for:

  • bone health

  • fat loss

  • cardiac health

  • hot flushes

This interactive evening will answer many of your questions with the aim to inspire you to train more goal oriented. At The Balance Group we believe in individualized medicine and training.
