We are excited to offer private Clinical Pilates sessions on the reformer within our team environment. Sarah has years of experience as a pilates instructor prior to becoming a physiotherapist.

It is important to to bring the message across that, to build a strong functional core system, there is more to it than just working on the abdominal muscles. The focus needs to be placed on the back, the diaphragm, the pelvic floor, and the hip muscles.

Having your pilates instructor also being a qualified physiotherapist and using the Balance Group principals you will get an amazing workout, build core strength and address all muscles in your body.
