BILLING

  • We are a paperless company; our invoices will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

  • Double check your email address on your first visit

  • Complete your medical aid details on our consent form if you plan to submit your invoice. We are a cash based practice and you will need to claim yourself.

  • We accept both card payment and SnapScan.

  • We are also VAT registered should you want to run the invoicing through your company

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We try to be as flexible as possible. However, any cancellation on the same day may be charged at full rate. We expect to receive a cancellation notice by 4pm the day before.

  • A appointment reminder will be sent to you a day prior to your appointment

APPOINTMENT TIME

  • In general all our sessions last around 1 hour as we do not want to rush and focus on you as a whole. A physiotherapy session may at times be shorter, we use the time for documentation and follow ups.

PARKING

  • We have street parking available right in front of our building at city rates.

ACCESS

  • While we are on the ground floor of our building, you will need to navigate 7 steps to enter. We unfortunately do not have wheelchair access. Additionally, in the building, there are another 4 steps to enter the bathrooms. We are able to assist people on crutches into the building and use these steps as part of the rehabilitation process.
