OUR CLASSES:

The Balance Studio is small, intimate, individualised boutique style space. It serves its purpose as a progression for clients recovering from injury. How you can use our studio:

  • You value small classes and attention to detail, our experienced teachers are able to give you individual attention and work together with you on your exercise goals

  • You are recovering from injury and don’t feel ready yet to go back to your normal “bigger” classes

  • You are a beginner and have not joined many exercise classes, a smaller class feels less intimidating.

  • You love your “normal” bigger classes, but get frequent injuries. You are looking to strengthen certain areas and to learn how to avoid these injuries. Our classes work beautifully alongside more traditional class environments. It does not have to be an either/ or.
